WHEN DO I GET MY ORDER / MY PACKAGE ?
Usually you will receive the rims about 2 days after the order and the receipt of payment.
When the order is shipped, you will also receive a separate e-mail from the shipping company, where you will find the tracking information. You can also see the status of your order in the customer account.
On the following pages you can track the consignment with the tracking number of the forwarding agent:
WHY IS MY PACKAGE STILL NOT ON THE ROAD ?
We try to ship the rims as fast as possible, but in some cases the blanks are still adjusted to the ordered dimensions. There may also be logistical delays on the part of DHL UPS.
THE PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN ARRIVED AFTER LONGER WAITING
Please check if the packages have been accepted elsewhere.
It can happen that you could not be found and the deliverer forgot to deposit a pick-up note.
If the shipping status has not changed since 5 days or if delivery has not yet taken place, please contact us so that we can initiate a search here.
